Mixer To Introduce Nonprofit Organizations
My friends Nadine Butler and Michele Hausman will be hosting a mixer at 6 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, May 12, at Chevys in Mission Valley, to give several nonprofit organizations an opportunity to introduce themselves to the community. Each organization will display brochures, photos and fliers. The event is open to the public.
Nadine, a board member for one of the participating groups called Partners Mentorship Program, said "We are doing this to help organize and strengthen the local nonprofit community through teamwork and partnerships." I took this photo of Nadine, Michele and Bernie Ruch last year at a multi-club mixer they organized for Nadine's East Coast Transplants Club.
