Todd Schroeder's CD Debuts This Weekend

Todd SchroederTodd Schroeder, the talented piano-playing singer who has lent his last name to Schroeder's Club and Cabaret, will debut his new CD "Requests" at the club this weekend, Friday, August 20, and Saturday, August 21. Todd and his twin brother Timm Dietschak also will celebrate their birthdays this weekend. I shot this picture of Todd on the club's opening night back on June 11.

Here's an e-mail from Sher Krieger of SMGO Productions:

Thanks for your continued support of Schroeder's Club and Cabaret. We're proud to announce that our very own Todd Schroeder will be celebrating the release of his new CD, "Requests," featuring vocal/piano performances of the songs most requested by his fans. Songs include "Rocketman," "Georgia," "What a Wonderful World," "Piano Man" and "Mustang Sally." It's like having Elton John, Billy Joel and Ray Charles rolled into one guy! Todd's performances at Schroeder’s Club and Cabaret on Friday, August 20, and Saturday, August 21, will feature the songs on the CD! We're expecting some special guests to join him, as we're also celebrating Todd's and twin brother Timm's birthday.

Schroeder's Club and Cabaret is at the Westin Horton Plaza in San Diego. The doors open at 7:15 p.m. and the curtain is at 8:00. Tickets are $28 and reservations are suggested. Please e-mail smgo@sbcglobal.net or call 858-794-9044 for reservations and/or more information. Food, sodas and cocktails are available at the Westin's Lobby Bar.
